Our Construction staff is made up of experienced team members that understands the ins and outs of project execution. Starting with a dedicated Project Manager staff whose sole focus is Project Management. Many Mechanical Contractors will have their PM’s wear multiple hats such as handling Estimating and Project Managing, not Pro Tech, our PM’s are focused at the task at hand and that is client success.
There are numerous issues that can happen on a project at any given time and the best way to take on the unknown is to be organized. To ensure our Project Managers are set up to succeed, leading to client success, Pro Tech has invested in the best construction management system on the market, Procore Construction Software.
Procore is a cloud-based construction software that keeps all project related documentation and project status visible to our customer. We provide a quick turnaround in all project documentation including submittals, billing and close out. All estimators, project managers, administrative staff and project leads are required to take their Procore certification whenever they are hired.
